Here, have some cute. Young Celestia and Luna being all cuddly.

Since we don't know ANYTHING about how Celestia and Luna were raised or ANYTHING about their parents (or even how old they are... well over 1000 years old mayhaps?), I kinda think of them like Nani and Lilo.

Instead of going with the season 1 coat color for filly Luna, I went with season 2's (but kept the season 1 hair). In the book at the beginning of "The Mare in the Moon," Luna's coat is depicted as pretty dark, so I went with that. c:

EDIT: Oh jeeze, there's a "grown up" picture of Luna and Celestia very similar to my drawing made back in January by =Willis96. I really had no idea (so it's not like I ripped him off - it was totally accidental!), but you should check out his drawing too!
